Job summary

A leading engineering and trading company in Singapore is seeking candidates for a project-based role. The successful applicant will support project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring on-time completion of works. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, liaising with clients and subcontractors, preparing documentation, and monitoring site compliance with safety regulations. Candidates with diplomas or degrees in relevant engineering disciplines are preferred, although fresh graduates are welcome to apply and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Willing to work on construction sites and in a dynamic project environment.
• Prior experience in Building Management System (BMS) or M&E projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Project Manager and/or Management on project-related matters.
• Support planning, coordination, and execution of projects.

• Assist in project scheduling, work sequencing, and manpower planning.

• Identify site issues and propose solutions to minimize delays.

Job Scope / Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Project Manager and/or Management on all project-related matters.

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects to ensure works are completed on time and in accordance with project requirements.

• Be deployed to construction sites as required to supervise, coordinate, and monitor site activities.

• Liaise and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project progress.

• Assist in project scheduling, work sequencing, and manpower planning.

• Monitor site progress, quality of workmanship, and compliance with safety regulations.

• Prepare and submit project documentation, progress reports, and site records.

• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities when required.

• Assist in identifying site issues and propose solutions to minimise delays and risks.

Requirements (Summary):

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, Automation, or related engineering disciplines.

• Willing to work on construction sites and in a dynamic project environment.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.

• Prior experience in Building Management System (BMS) or M&E projects will be an advantage.
