Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator for M&E / ACMV projects. The role involves supporting project planning, coordinating with stakeholders, and assisting on-site efforts. Ideal candidates should have 1-3 years of related experience, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive. Familiarity with WSH/PTW practices and AutoCAD is an advantage. A Singapore Class 3 driving license is preferred.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Support in planning, coordinating and reporting on the progress of projects, track daily/weekly progress.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to follow up on issues at job site
• Assist with supervising and or assisting with on-site rectification works where necessary
• Implement and document safety measures i.e Method Statement, WSH compliance, Manpower schedule plans.
• Attend site visits and meetings, arrange permits i,e PTW.

Requirements

• 1-3 Years in M&E / ACMV Project coordination (Fresh Grads with internship experience may apply)
• Problem solver and effective communicator
• Able to co-ordinate and communicate with relevant site people to execute work
• Knowledge of WSH / PTW and site practices and AutoCAD familiarity is a plus
• Preferably possess a Singapore Class 3 driving license.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Drive & Clouds applications.
