Position Description

The pillar of Architecture and Sustainable Design at the Singapore University of Technology and Design invites applications for a full-time Tenure-Track Assistant Professor position in Design Computation.

Candidates are expected to teach an undergraduate introductory subject on design computing, graduate design studio and develop their own research-oriented elective cross-listed for both undergraduate and graduate students.

Additionally, candidates are expected to conduct research and produce creative work within a research-intensive university setting, seek for research funding from relevant government and industry sources and contribute to architectural computing research via academic publishing and creative work.

Job Requirement

Candidates should possess an accredited graduate degree in Architecture and demonstrate outstanding past academic research, teaching and professional work in design.
