Job Description:

• Assisting the Lead Teacher.
• Collaborate with the lead teacher to plan and implement lesson plans.
• Support the lead teacher in managing the classroom and ensuring a positive learning environment.
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students who need extra support.
• Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
• Offer additional help to students who may be struggling with their assignments.

• Classroom Management
• Help maintain discipline and order within the classroom.
• Supervise students during class activities, breaks, and other school-related events.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times
• Cleaning and Maintenance:
• Perform routine cleaning duties in the classroom, such as sweeping, mopping, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Ensure that classroom materials and equipment are properly organized and stored.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and safe school environment.
