Responsibilities

• Assist with storage control and planning for incoming containers and bedframes.
• Conduct quality inspections on receiving and returned items.
• Manage manpower deployment and movements within the warehouse.
• Plan container unloading based on priority and location.
• Ensure adherence to warehouse 5S, safety, and maintenance protocols.
• Analyze stock levels and manage ordering processes.
• Coordinate with sales personnel on stock status and orders.

About the job Assistant Operations Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Storage control and planning to assist for incoming container and bedframe
• Quality control inspect receiving and return condition
• Control of manpower deploy and control of manpower movement and works
• Container planning understand container unload location and priority to unstuff
• Execute control of warehouse 5S MHE maintenance, housekeeping, safety, tidiness
• Continue improvement process understand and improve process
• Perform GRN and TRF in system
• Stock analysis and order
• Control trucking
• Take order from salesman
• Co-ordinate with salesman of stock status and ordering
• Monitor and update supplier of works progress
• Update of container status
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum "N" / "O' levels or equivalents
• At least 1 year of experiences preferred
