We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Operations Manager to join our team at Wolfgang Violin Studio. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting the overall success of our music school.

Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Management: Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for customers.
  • Customer Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Scheduling and Administration: Manage lesson schedules, bookings, and cancellations, ensuring accurate records and efficient use of resources.
  • Communication: Liaise with teachers, staff, and customers to ensure seamless communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately maintain student records, attendance, and payment information, generating reports as required.
