Job summary

A prominent hotel management company in Singapore is seeking an Operations Assistant to support the daily functions of the hotel department. Responsibilities include supervising operations, communicating with the HR department, and resolving employee conflicts. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience and excellent interpersonal skills, with a willingness to work overtime, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to work in islandwide locations and go to multiple locations daily.
  • Willingness to work overtime including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Assist operation manager to supervise daily operation and activity for Hotel department.
  • Liaise with operation manager on planning and execution of tasks/projects.
  • Communicate with HR Department for manpower planning and conduct interviews if required.
  • Assist Operation manager to develop and improve KPIs.
  • Act as a communication conduit between management and staff.
  • Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes between employees.
  • Attend to complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by directors.
