Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Be a brand guardian for The Garcha Group, setting the tone and look of all communication
- Create and execute social media content calendars for Facebook and Instagram
- Create and execute EDM schedules
- Review and respond to reviews on social media, Marriott, and OTA channels within 24 hours
- Plan and coordinate yearly marketing campaigns and events
- Coordinate photography, videography, and editing for marketing needs
- Maintain and update website content for Marriott and hotel F&B outlets
- Create and manage graphic collateral assets across departments
- Coordinate PR events and manage relationships with PR agencies and partners
- Engage with influencers through invitations and events
- Respond promptly to marketing and influencer inquiries
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
- Identify online marketing opportunities to enhance brand visibility
- Drive traffic and conversions for F&B websites, ensuring relevance and results
- Optimize website content and SEO strategies
- Utilize Marriott digital tools effectively for marketing coverage
- Manage social media channels to build brand reputation and engagement
- Develop campaigns to increase hotel online presence

- Identify and develop online marketing opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitors’ strategies
- Support digital/online initiatives and develop annual digital marketing strategies
