Our client is a well‑established healthcare organisation. As part of their ongoing people and workforce expansion, they are looking to appoint an Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition in a newly created role to support the Head of Talent Acquisition.
This role offers strong exposure to both hands‑on recruitment delivery and talent acquisition strategy, working closely with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Delivery
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned roles across corporate, commercial, and/or technical functions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, direct sourcing, referrals, and external partners.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Stakeholder & Leadership Support
- Act as a trusted recruitment partner to business leaders and hiring managers.
- Support the Head of Talent Acquisition in workforce planning discussions, recruitment reporting, and hiring strategy reviews.
- Prepare recruitment updates, dashboards, and presentations for leadership meetings.
Process, Governance & Projects
- Support the review and enhancement of recruitment policies, processes, and hiring frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with internal hiring guidelines and local labour regulations.
- Participate in or lead TA‑related projects such as employer branding, ATS optimisation, recruitment campaigns, or early careers hiring.
Vendor & Market Management
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners where applicable.
- Provide market insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends to guide hiring decisions.
Team Support & Development
- Provide guidance and day‑to‑day support to recruiters or coordinators, where applicable.
- Act as a deputy to the Head of Talent Acquisition when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within an in‑house or hybrid environment.
- Strong hands‑on experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple job levels.
- Proven ability to engage and influence hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
- Experience in recruitment reporting, data analysis, and presentations to management is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment technologies.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
