A leading educational institution in Singapore seeks an Assistant Manager Student Progression to monitor and enhance student retention and graduation. This role involves coordinating with various departments and providing guidance to students on their academic paths. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in education or a related field, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. Experience in student administration is preferred. This role offers opportunities to improve academic policies and support student success.
The Assistant Manager Student Progression is responsible for monitoring studentprogression, retention, attrition, move-up to graduation, for all courses offered at the Singapore campus of JCU. This would involve timely follow-ups, accurate tracking, and interdepartmental coordination and advising students on their Academic Performance Notice and managing its relevant procedures. This includes liaising with the Exam Unit for pathway programs, collaborating with the AustraliaProgression, Student MattersTeam for other programs, and working closely with Student Affairs, Student Administration, and Finance for respective matter. Additionally, the officer will assist students in connecting with appropriate support services and respond to academic status inquiries. Duties also includes assisting students with learning skills.
