Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled individual to design and deliver high-quality preschool programmes. The role involves leading outreach and marketing initiatives while improving strategies for engagement. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor in Sport or Event Management and have prior project management experience, preferably in a sports context. This is a 1-year contract position with an attractive salary of up to $4,500/month. Only Singaporeans are eligible to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality preschool programmes including professional development initiatives for early childhood educators.
• Lead/support programme/professional development workshops design with partners.
• Oversee planning, operations, and on-site delivery for seamless execution and positive participant experiences.
• Continuously review and improve strategies for greater impact on the preschoolers and early childhood educators.
• Expand preschool engagement and brand presence for programme
• Lead/support outreach and marketing initiatives e.g., roadshows and integrated marketing communications – ensuring strong branding and visibility.
• Continuously review and improve outreach strategies for greater engagement.
