Assistant Manager, Strategic Operations (Community Settings)

As an Assistant Manager, Strategic Operations (Community Settings), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Coordinate and align activities and processes across the division to ensure effective service delivery.

  • Lead quality improvement and process optimization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Provide administrative support for grant management, including funding applications and progress report submissions.

  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives, engaging relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation for effective tracking and reporting.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand key work processes and address business challenges through data-driven solutions.

  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and present findings to management.

  • Design and implement operational strategies, track performance metrics and monitor progress towards short- and long-term objectives.

  • Facilitate sector partnerships and stakeholder engagements, where applicable.

  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
