Overview

Be part of an exciting digital transformation in healthcare communications! You will be part of a dynamic team working to enhance SingHealth's digital presence and strengthen its professional network engagement through compelling content.

We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven content specialist to support the implementation of "Singapore Health 2.0", a multimedia healthcare news platform. This includes aspects such as data migration and platform testing. You will commission and coordinate content with writers and stakeholders and provide editorial direction to maintain content quality on the platform. You will also manage SingHealth's professional social media presence on LinkedIn by driving content strategy and the bi-monthly newsletter, as well as monitoring and optimising engagement metrics. Other duties include working with the social media team to optimise content across different platforms.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field with at least 4 years\' experience in digital content production and communications
  • Healthcare communications experience is a plus
  • Strong editorial skills with excellent command of the English language
  • Proven experience with content management systems and digital publishing
  • Experience in effective stakeholders’ management
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Working knowledge of SEO and web metrics
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
