Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and drive new business development in the Singapore market
  • Identify, pursue, and close high-value opportunities across Semicon, Medical, Aerospace, Energy, and CNC machining industries
  • Develop sales strategies, market entry plans, investment plans, and business proposals to grow revenue and market share
  • Prepare investment proposals supported by market analysis, customer demand, and commercial justification
  • Conduct market and industry analysis and translate insights into clear business plans and execution actions
  • Achieve revenue targets and strategic KPIs
  • Build and manage strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to execute growth and investment initiatives
  • Attend industry and networking events to expand market presence
  • Track pipeline, forecasts, and performance, and present structured reports to management
  • Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates for all leads, opportunities, and quotations
  • Communicate clearly and professionally to align teams, drive decisions, and deliver results
Job Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent)
  • Proven B2B business development experience in Semicon, Medical, Aerospace, Energy, or CNC machining industries
  • Polymer and semiconductor process knowledge is a strong advantage
  • Strong hunter mindset with experience in closing new business
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented
