Job description

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Sales and Services.

In this role you will:
  • Ensure Operational efficiency and safeguard the Bank from potential losses. Ensures that operational procedures are maintained and complied with
  • Oversee and manage daily cash management operations, guide Customer Service Associate, elevate any financial crime or operational risk issues
  • Encourages staff to cross sell/make referrals
  • Ensures prompt, efficient and professional service
  • Ensures that staff achieve a high standard of motivation and performance
  • Ensures complaints are kept to a minimum and all are attended to immediately
  • Ensures that mail and telephone enquiries are attended to promptly
To be successful you will need:
  • Diploma holder or general banking knowledge and experience gained through rank and file progression
  • In-depth knowledge of banking systems with broad knowledge of general banking and practices, financial products and services
  • Ability to supervise, coach and groom team-members
  • Possess interpersonal communication and customer handling and selling skills
  • Create an environment to motivate and support staff in the achievement of personal goals and business objectives
