Company:Marsh Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Management team at Marsh. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:
  • Serve as first point of contact for day-to-day communication on numerous and/or complex accounts, following up on correspondences and managing high-quality and timely communications.
  • Develop and communicate an understanding of client businesses by conducting client research, analysing industry issues, preparing benchmarking studies and creating risk maps for internal and external use.
  • Support colleagues by managing day-to-day aspects of designated accounts including billing transactional work, generating and coordinating timelines, liaising between senior colleagues and clients, and generally representing the business to ensure compliance and client satisfaction.
  • Manage account concerns and address issues in a timely manner, applying judgement as to when and what to escape up to senior colleagues.
  • Collect insights and information on client satisfaction and report results to senior colleagues offering context and suggestions on how best to ensure account satisfaction and retention.
  • Begin to build professional relationships with counterparts at client organizations.
  • Have a good understanding of the company's service offerings and market trends to enhance work performance, enrich client interactions and develop sales capabilities.

  • 5 years of relevant experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry,
