A leading healthcare provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced operations manager to oversee the daily operations of several clinics. You will ensure all premises meet regulatory standards, manage clinic staff, and implement efficient processes for operations. Candidates should possess a degree in Business or Healthcare Administration and have at least 5 years of relevant experience in clinic operations.   • Experience in a customer-centric or operations service industry is an advantage.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a hands-on mindset and service-oriented attitude.

Job description

Support the daily operations of a cluster of clinics within the Specialist Division, ensuring smooth clinic functioning, high service standards, and operational efficiency.

Operations

Oversee and ensure all premises are maintained adequately and meet both regulatory requirements and company operating standards. Ensure smooth operations of all the clinics.

Increase revenue by planning and managing roster of doctors, clinic staff and locums to optimize the use of scheduled operating hours of clinics.

Implement and improve ground control processes of sales recognition, tracking of credit sales, invoicing and claiming for credit sales with reconciliation, and tracking of inventory and costs.

Oversee facilities matters including the set-up of new clinics, re-furbishing and maintenance of existing clinics, and review of IT, POS and payment systems working in conjunction with facilities, IT and accounts.

Manpower

Regular ground visits to ensure engagement of doctors and clinical staff, as well as addressing any ground issues.

Motivate and train clinic staff to deliver quality medical service to all patients.

Developing an effective process and platform of communication between clinics and HQ, pertaining to dissemination of information, instructions, and feedback in a bilateral fashion.

Requirements

Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience in clinic or healthcare operations; Diploma holders with more experience may be considered.

Experience in a customer-centric or operations service industry is an advantage.

Strong coordination and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Good interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a hands-on mindset and service-oriented attitude.
