Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
  • Work with Head of Marketing to conceptualize and drive key marketing strategies, and to optimize digital marketing efficacy.
  • Conceptualize and implement marketing strategies and campaigns (both online and offline), focusing on patient/user acquisition, revenue growth and brand awareness.
  • Develop and create content across various marketing platforms including website, social media, EDMs, print collateral etc.
  • Drive strategic partnerships to profile the Group’s doctors and acquire new patients.
  • Manage marketing budget and implement tracking mechanisms to monitor marketing efficacy and ROI.
  • Manage existing digital platforms including websites, marketing automation tools and social media. Implement and manage, if necessary, new digital tools.
  • Active involvement in SEO and SEM efforts and the management of digital marketing agencies.
  • Conduct data analysis based on Google Analytics to guide the planning and to optimize the execution of the marketing activities.
Account Management
  • Work closely with the business manager of assigned business units to support the growth of the relevant businesses.
  • Regular engagement with doctors to develop marketing campaigns and provide post‑mortem updates.
  • Manage stakeholders through timely submission of deliverables, regular communications and updates on activities and marketing/patient acquisition metrics.
