Our client is seeking a Assistant Manager, Scholarships & Talent Development to drive cluster-level strategies and programmes that support the attraction, development, and engagement of future-ready healthcare talent.
In this role, you will shape and manage scholarship and sponsorship pipelines, collaborate with sector partners, and deliver meaningful engagement initiatives that nurture aspiring healthcare professionals. You will work closely with key external agencies, internal stakeholders, and educational institutions to ensure a strong and sustainable talent pipeline.
Lead the administration and implementation of healthcare scholarships and pre-service sponsorship programmes, including coordination of roadshows, scholarship talks, and education fairs.
Facilitate selection processes such as candidate shortlisting and interview coordination, while supporting projection, allocation, and tracking of scholarship and sponsorship placements.
Plan and conduct engagement initiatives including orientation programmes for new scholars, student touchpoints, and support large-scale sector-wide events.
Develop outreach strategies to increase take-up rates of sponsorships, working with HR teams to ensure a seamless on-site interview and onboarding experience for candidates.
Drive the development and refinement of sponsorship strategy, aligning with workforce planning needs and ensuring compliance with guidelines.
A recognised degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in HR, scholarship/sponsorship management, student outreach, or talent development.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills.
Collaborative, mission-driven, and comfortable working across multiple partners and institutions.
Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
