Responsibilities

Ensure that facilities and risk assessment matters meet government regulation, environmental, health and safety standards in the Singapore HQ. This includes proactively assessing to ensure all the above‑concerned areas are at the required standards and performance.

In addition, oversee Office Administration and other office activities (e.g. meetings, renovation and warehouse facilities if any). Lead and implement facilities, risk assessment and administrative strategies based on the best ability of the domain expert.

The Role Would Include The Following
  • Manage the facilities, risk assessment, administration, and reception towards service excellence for all stakeholders
  • Ensure all projects and maintenance works are carried out according to the schedule planned
  • Manage and supervise the team of external FM technical staff and specialists in carrying out duties as specified herein
  • Inform stakeholders and representatives immediately if the problem cannot be resolved and recommend feasible solutions
  • Supervise to ensure the landscape, pest control, grease interceptor, laboratory operations, Building, M&E schedule/breakdown maintenance, security systems, fire safety and project A&A works and any other requirements are carried out within aligned response time
  • Compliance with ISO requirements and Statutory requirements
  • Responsible for preparing tender specifications and post‑contract and renovation projects
  • Monitor waste collection data and initiate measures to comply with the client’s recycling indicator set
  • Attend mandatory meetings on FM operations
  • Review monthly reports, trend analysis on energy, water, facilities usage, vendor performance, etc. and present evaluation and mitigation to client representative
Requirements
  • University degree holder in Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management or equivalent
  • 10 years experience in related Facility Management or equivalent
  • Meticulous and bold to point out areas that need rectification or improvement
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
  • Experience in vendor management
  • Able to work independently as well as a team player
  • Self‑starter with good initiative
  • Attitude towards producing good quality and standards at work
