The SingHealth Duke-NUS Global Health Institute (SDGHI) is an enabling platform for global health activities across the SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre (AMC). The Institute aims to address current and emerging health challenges across ASEAN member states and in other Asian countries. Working in collaboration with partners, SDGHI seeks to tackle prevalent health challenges, strengthen health systems and better insulate countries from pandemics and disease threats.

We are recruiting an Assistant Manager of Education Operations to support the operational and administrative functions of its Education Programmes, including Graduate Certificate programmes, Masters Programmes and Executive Programmes which will be conducted in both English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support in the planning, organising and delivery of education programmes under SDGHI, which include coordinating with various teams within SDGHI and SingHealth.
  • Assist with student admissions, enrolment and programme-related enquiries.
  • Coordinate course timetables, schedules and teaching materials with faculty and partner institutions.
  • Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) administration, assessments and tracking of student progress.
  • Source and manage vendors in accordance with the procurement policies and guidelines of Duke-NUS.
  • Manage delivery of local and overseas programmes to ensure quality service standards, including onsite support.
  • Support programme budget tracking and ensure timely payments to vendors and faculty.
  • Compile post-programme evaluation reports and conduct reviews with relevant stakeholders for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing team in the development of marketing plans, content and actions related to programmes.
  • Support in the organising and delivery of other SDGHI events and activities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, Social Sciences or other related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in academia, training or programme management.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact and work with stakeholders such as senior-level executives, faculty and team members across various functions and levels in the organisation.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong organisation and project management capabilities.
  • Resourceful team player who is able to work independently in a fast-paced multidisciplinary setting.
  • Willing to travel within the region occasionally.
