Job summary

A leading global luggage brand based in Singapore is seeking a dynamic eCommerce and Digital Marketing professional. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience with consumer-focused brands, focusing on developing digital initiatives and managing brand campaigns. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with proficiency in eCommerce platforms and analytics tools. This full-time role involves duties from brand management to operational execution.

Qualifications

  • Degree holder in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 5-6 years of experience in eCommerce or Digital Marketing from a consumer-focused brand.
  • Proficiency in English; Mandarin is an advantage.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACTIVITIES OF THIS JOB

  • Brand management: This role will focus on the development of a set of Brands at a regional level – you will assist Manager on developing Brands’ eCommerce and digital initiatives.
  • Regional campaigns: Communicate and coordinate with business partners to develop consolidated content plan, promotion plan and digital campaigns.
  • Regional projects: Support Manager on regional projects execution (new site launches and reskins, functionality enhancements, omni channel ideas) to drive consistent adoption across multiple countries.
  • Tracking & reporting: Deliver post-campaign report and evaluate performance and key performance indicators to ensure objectives are achieved.
  • CRM management: drive and track CRM projects.
  • Day to Day operations: Responsible for maintenance of eCommerce websites and social channels, and coordination with local teams and tech vendor.
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as required.

In short, we are looking for someone who has operational experience running an eCommerce business and digital experience for a brand and can show others how to do the same. The successful candidate for this key role will need to have the ability to execute well. Excellent communications skills, superb interpersonal skills (you’ll need to have a 360⁰ sphere of influence!), the ability to juggle multiple priorities and the acumen to strive in an ambiguous environment are all necessary skills to be successful in this role.

Education
  • Degree holder in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field preferred
Experience Requirements
  • At least 5-6years’ experience in eCommerce or Digital Marketing gained from a consumer-focused brand
Mobility/Travel
  • May need to travel occasionally (estimated 5%)
Computer Skills
  • A solid understanding of eCommerce platforms (Demandware, Hybris), social media, analytics tools (GA) and third-party tools that collectively drive our digital-focused KPIs (reach, impression, traffic, conversion, sales).
Language
  • Proficiency in English
  • Able to read, write and speak in Mandarin is an advantage due to exposure to China market
