What you'll be doing
  • Oversee day-to-day maintenance and facilities operations for clinics and headquarters
  • Plan and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programmes for all building systems, equipment, and infrastructure
  • Supervise servicing, repairs, and emergency response for site and equipment breakdowns
  • Manage contracts for both medical and non-medical services, ensuring timely renewals and service quality
  • Lead and coordinate a team of maintenance officers and external contractors to ensure efficient facility operations
  • Oversee budget planning, tendering, and vendor selection for maintenance and repair projects
  • Conduct regular site inspections and contractor performance reviews to ensure safety, quality, and compliance
  • Recommend and implement process improvements for facility management efficiency and service standards
  • Support certification readiness and ensure compliance with ESS, JCI, and OHSAS requirements
  • Monitor expenditure and ensure all approved works are executed within timelines and cost parameters
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor Degree level in Building/ Engineering or related studies
  • 3 - 5 years of similar working experience in facilities maintenance, preferably within healthcare setting
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems, M&E, and maintenance processes
  • Excellent coordination, vendor management, and problem-solving skills
  • Hands‑on, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced healthcare setting
