We are looking for a driven, hands-on, and service-oriented Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant. If you’re passionate about hospitality, team leadership, and delivering an outstanding guest experience, we’d love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Ensure smooth service flow and uphold excellent customer service standards
  • Supervise and motivate service crew, including daily briefings and on-the-job coaching
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Manage staff rosters, attendance, and shift scheduling
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of supplies as needed
  • Ensure all hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards are adhered to
  • Perform cashier and closing duties when necessary
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff
  • Support the Restaurant Manager with reporting, sales tracking, and operational improvements
  • Lead by example and maintain a positive, team-oriented work culture
