The Population Health Office (PHO) of the NHG Population Health (PH) drives and supports the strategic development and implementation of the Population Health Transformation of the National Health Group (NHG), in synchronisation with national population health strategies and key programmes: Healthier SG and Age Well SG.

Community Engagement: 15M Social Movement
  • Drive a social movement by encouraging resident participation in our transformative 15M movement across diverse community segments
  • Cultivate community champions - build strong relationship with our resident leaders and connectors. Equip and help grow our local leaders, organizers, and connectors with the right skills set and know-how to amplify our impact
  • Measure our collective impact through community growth metrics that show real lives transformed
Resident Engagement: Campaign Management
  • Create campaigns that inspire action across digital and physical touchpoints to reach every Singaporean

  • Bring ideas to life by managing production timeline and coordinating projects
  • Drive measurable results by tracking campaign performance and optimizing for maximum community engagement
Communications and Resident Insights
  • Capture transformation stories that showcase how ordinary residents are contributing to building healthier communities
  • Decode community behavior by analyzing feedback patterns to understand what truly motivates health action
  • Remove barriers to health by identifying and addressing obstacles that prevent community participation
  • Shape the future by contributing insights that continuously improve our programs and expand our reach and participation

JOB REQUIREMENTS
a) Education/Training/Experience
  • Good bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Preferably with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in community, communications and/or healthcare sector and/or strong background in the areas of engagement and communications.
  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, abilities in managing internal/external stakeholders with diverse interest in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in delivering projects of similar nature across the full life cycle.
  • Must own strong forward planning, strategic thinking, administrative and project coordination skills.
  • Strong written, analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficient in various computer applications, including Microsoft word, excel & PowerPoint
  • System-thinker with problem-solving skills in a dynamic and unstructured work environment.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders from diverse backgrounds at various levels of seniority.
