  • Travel overseas intermittently to support overseas mass recruitment of healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using innovative and effective recruitment methods.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
  • Implement best practices for candidate assessment and selection, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to recruitment and selection.
