Overview

Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and offboarding. Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company culture and compliance standards. Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and disciplinary procedures. Coordinate training and development initiatives to support staff growth. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure MOM compliance. Support workforce planning and advise management on HR best practices. Liaise with external vendors for insurance, training, and payroll services.
