A leading retail company is looking for a Facilities Coordinator in Singapore, responsible for overseeing office operations, managing vendor relationships, and supporting space planning. The ideal candidate should have a relevant Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in facilities coordination. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. This role mainly supports and is responsible for coordinating office daily operation, supporting decision-making processes, and managing fit-out project implementation, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes in alignment with Lidl & Kaufland Asia’s business needs. This role will also need to support and manage other facility management related tasks. The objective of the position is to oversee and support the efficient operation of our office facilities in a highly organized manner. This role involves managing vendor relationships, coordinating maintenance activities, supporting space planning, and ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations. Also, to bring strong administrative skills, a proactive mindset, and a solid background in facilities or office management.
