A staffing agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a 6-month contract role in records management. Responsibilities include assisting in registry tasks, stocktaking, and preparing files. The ideal candidate must have at least a GCE O-Level/N-Level qualification, be detail-oriented, and familiar with document management systems. This position requires teamwork and the ability to handle both physical and digital records accurately, adhering to confidentiality procedures.
Assist in Civil Cluster Registry / Records Management, including stocktaking, RFID tagging, preparing files for scanning, performing quality checks on digitised documents, and uploading scanned copies into IW
Support ad-hoc registry and records management duties as required
Minimum GCE O-Level / N-Level or equivalent
Detail-oriented and able to handle physical files and digital records accurately
Familiarity with basic computer applications and document management systems
Able to follow procedures and maintain confidentiality
Team player willing to support ad-hoc duties
Duration/ Working hours:
6 months contract (Immediate)
42 hours per week
