Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking a professional to manage financial and contractual aspects of projects. Responsibilities include preparing tender documents, reviewing contracts, and monitoring costs. Job description

Manages financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, including cost estimating, budgeting, valuations, and expenditure monitoring, while ensuring for money and compliance with standards. Collaborates with project teams and clients to provide cost advice and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Prepared tender document, contract, and bill of quantities.
  • Review contract document & claims.
  • General quotation for commercial and residential.
  • Preparation of Client documents for submission
  • Analyze architectural, structural, and detailed drawings to accurately quantify items.
  • Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to secure optimal quotations.
  • Monitor project costs, report discrepancies
  • Preparation of progress claims, final accounts and warranty certificate with clients and subcontractors
  • Ensure supplier and subcontractor compliance with project schedules and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Adhere to safety, health, and environmental regulations on site and during site visits.
  • Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.
