Job summary

A staffing agency in Singapore is looking for a Production Support Specialist to assist technicians in troubleshooting processes and improving production. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical fields. This role is perfect for fresh graduates with good communication skills and basic operation knowledge. Experience in clean-room environments is preferred. The position requires working 12-hour shifts on a rotational basis.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant engineering discipline required.
• No experience needed, fresh graduates welcome.
• Clean-room working experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Production Technicians in troubleshooting and process changes.
• Guide technicians to achieve output and maintain quality.
• Check supplementary material changes for proper execution.
• Assist Line Engineer in checking control charts.
• Monitor and improve production test yield.

Job description

JOB SUMMARY

To support Production Technicians/Operators in machine and process troubleshooting, process change, process control, failure analysis and assist supervisor in controlling the production team.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To specialise in processes and to perform higher level of troubleshooting and failure analysis.
2. Guide the technicians and operators to achieve required output and quality.
3. To check on the supplementary materials change to ensure they are properly done.
4. To assist Line Engineer to check all the control chart and checklist.
5. To ensure smooth production operation with production report.
6. To monitor, troubleshoot and improve the production daily final test yield.
7. To perform maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
8. Any other jobs as assigned by Manpower supervisor.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Qualification

Degree in Electronics / Mechatronics / Electrical / Mechanical discipline.

Experience

No experience required, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Skills Required (Must Have)

• Basic operation & manpower control knowledge.
