Job Responsibilities

Assisted engineers in the execution of Mechanical, HVAC, and Semiconductor projects. Supervised site activities for a designated work scope at semiconductor construction sites, including coordination and control of workers across multiple trades.

Managed material arrangements and conducted site walks to ensure project scope, schedule, and quality requirements were met.

Interpret project specifications and job orders accurately.

Determine the sequence of operations and appropriate use of equipment.

Estimate manpower requirements based on project scope and timelines.

Assign duties and responsibilities to workers effectively.

Analyze and resolve work-related issues in semiconductor facilities, including tool hookup activities.

Coordinate work activities between one or more units and other project teams.

Recommend or initiate personnel actions in compliance with cleanroom environment requirements.

Supervise co-workers and provide hands-on support for tasks on Exyte Services projects.

Train or arrange training for workers on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and safe working conditions at all times.
