What The Role Is

You develop Warrant Officers and Specialists (WOSpecs) across all levels in the Army, designing leadership development initiatives and implementing Army-specific strategies.

What You Will Be Working On
  • Design and implement Army-specific Leadership Development (LD) initiatives for WOSpecs
  • Support development and operationalisation of Army LD Strategy
  • Design and maintain Army WOSpecs Leadership Development Roadmap
  • Support Army Command Effective Process
  • Conduct Army LD and Command Preparation Courses
  • Serve as Service LD point of contact for Army WOSpec Corps
  • Establish linkages with various stakeholders to effectively translate and promulgate SAF and Army level leadership strategies and LD action plans
  • Identify Army WOSpec-specific LD gaps and issues
Challenge(s)
  • Staying current with evolving developments in Leadership Development
  • Understanding changing demographical characteristics of Army WOSpecs
  • Grasping complexities of leadership demands within WOSpec corps
