What the role is:

You oversee National Service (NS) Human Resource (HR) matters and personnel management to maintain a robust succession planning pipeline.

What you will be working on:
  • Manage various aspects of NSmen personnel management including staffing, succession planning, development and recognition programmes
  • Facilitate quarterly NS HR Boards
  • Collaborate various stakeholders to coordinate HR initiatives
  • Provide smooth and effective administrative support across all functions
Challenge(s):
  • Managing the complex dynamics of NS succession planning while ensuring continuity and effectiveness of the leadership pipeline
  • Coordinating different priorities across multiple stakeholders
What we are looking for:
  • At least 6 years of experience in human resource management, administration, and data management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with multiple stakeholders
