What the role is
- You will work with government agencies and community partners to identify and troubleshoot issues related to the scheme from residents, merchants/hawkers, and banks’ perspective.
- Involved in planning and carrying out strategic operations, able to analyse data using data analytics or other visualisation software to draw insights/findings and provide recommendations.
- You will be involved in on‑going taskforce meetings with government agencies such as Govtech, IMDA, ESG, MOF and CDCs and provide secretariat support for the meetings and guide CDC team of officers in this national initiative.
What you will be working on
- Plan and carry out strategic operations on payment solution, merchant onboarding which include end‑to‑end process (before sales, during sales and post‑sales service of the onboarding process), and residents engagement.
- Leverage possible data, technology and innovation to improve work efficiency of the scheme e.g. ability to analyse data with knowledge to use data analytics or other visualisation software to draw insights/findings and provide recommendations.
- Work with government agencies to identify and troubleshoot issues related to the scheme from residents, merchants/hawkers, supermarkets and banks’ perspective.
- Involved in on‑going taskforce meetings with government agencies such as Govtech, IMDA, ESG, MOF and CDCs.
- Work with community stakeholders such as merchant/hawkers associations to get buy‑in.
- Guide CDC team of officers in this national initiative.
Requirements
- At least five years in a supervisory role and relevant working experience with a strong IT and data analytics background.
- Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
- Team Player.
