Job summary

A national defense agency in Singapore is seeking a cybersecurity expert to identify and analyze cyber threats, providing assessments and developing cooperative linkages with other units. What the role is

You identify, analyse and understand cyber threats in support of policy‑making, technological assessments, and cybersecurity matters. You also establish, maintain and enhance linkages with other cybersecurity stakeholders.

What you will be working on

• Serve as the subject matter expert in longer‑term research of cyber threats
• Provide intelligence inputs and assessments on cyber threats of interest and potential exploitable vulnerabilities in target network terrain(s)
• Develop linkages and chart new workstreams in cooperation with other cybersecurity units and agencies
• Serve as secretariat for relevant cyber‑related fora and meetings

Challeng​es: Developing multiple types of specialist knowledge, including cyber threats, technical security operations, and network terrain appreciation; Interfacing with multiple stakeholders whilst assembling resources and manpower for cybersecurity operations.

What we are looking for

• Education in Information Security, Computer Science, or Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering‑related fields
• At least 6 years of work experience in cybersecurity and/or military intelligence‑related fields
• Strong conceptual ability
