What the role is:

You drive the establishment of comprehensive data policies and operational support structures to ensure seamless healthcare data integration across major healthcare clusters.

What you will be working on:

• Lead the formalisation, delivery and administration of data policies
• Develop policies and frameworks to ensure compliance with healthcare informatics standards
• Establish appropriate Operations & Support (O&S) structure
• Establish and maintain data policies, procedures, and standards
• Lead change management to support rollout of medical systems
• Challenge: Navigating the complexities of multi‑stakeholder engagement with competing priorities
• Challenge: Operating in a dynamic and fast‑paced working environment

What we are looking for:

• Education in Information Technology, Information Systems, Healthcare Management, Public Policy, Public Health or a related field
• At least 6 years of working experience in healthcare policy formulation, review and implementation within a digital health context (preferred)
• Familiarity with governance frameworks for large‑scale IT implementations
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments
