Key responsibilities include overseeing site coordination, managing supplier materials, and ensuring quality installations. Applicants must hold a diploma in Mechanical Engineering and have at least 5 years of managerial experience in the M&E sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant managerial experience in the M&E contracting environment.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
• Certified as an ISO Internal Quality Auditor.
• Completed Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate effective site problem-solving and coordination abilities with clients.
• Oversee engineering tasks, ensuring design adherence and compliance.
• Ensure quality of materials and installations by suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate and monitor the quality of materials and equipment from suppliers.
• Produce and manage shop drawings while ensuring correct coordination.
• Develop work schedules and participate in meetings.
• Assist management with activities linked to master planning.
