Overview

You manage a team that provides integrated employee essential services and MINDEF corporate services across the various MINDEF offices, leading IT support services in a one-stop service model to enhance employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead team managing employee and corporate IT services
• Manage high transactional volume of service requests
• Report on health status including case resolution rate and customer satisfaction
• Engage stakeholders on continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee business process re-engineering and digitalisation projects
• Provide senior management with financial assessments and advice
• Collaborate across multiple MINDEF/SAF agencies
• Deliver seamless IT support services
