What the role is:

You lead SAF's technology adaptation portfolio, ensuring new technologies are integrated swiftly and effectively to meet emerging threats and contingency needs during peacetime.

What you will be working on:
  • Shape the annual technology adaptation roadmap
  • Coordinate adaptation initiatives across the Defence Technology Community partners such as Defence Science & Technology Agency and Defence Science Organisation
  • Manage the necessary funding to bring solutions to life

Challenge(s): Aligning diverse stakeholders and embedding an adaptive mindset in a federated defence ecosystem

What we are looking for:
  • Education in Engineering, Technology, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of work experience in innovation programme management, transformation leadership, and defence operations or capability development
