• To assist in planning, organising and supervising in execution of building construction work on site.
• To prepare and monitor progress of work on site on a daily basis.
• TO identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes and effect appropriate solutions and discuss with project consultant, architect, subcontractors and management team.
• To manage project cost and preparation of monthly or ad hoc project reports.
• To assist in other construction related matters.
