Job Description
  • Manage and optimize assets within the assigned jurisdiction, including lease renewals, renovations, store closures, and annual planning (AOP).

  • Conduct market research to identify high-potential locations for new restaurant openings.

  • Handle issues related to existing stores, including rental matters, signage, air-conditioning, and other operational concerns.

  • Manage relationships with major landlords and support the Strategic Development Plan for Singapore.

  • Manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements
  • Relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification, with experience in chain brand business development or related fields.

  • Proven experience in leading F&B or retail companies.

  • Strong working relationships with key landlords and industry stakeholders.

  • Good project management skills with strong execution ability, efficiency, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

  • Experience in managing external relations, stakeholder engagement, and public affairs coordination.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, as the role requires regular liaison with English- and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
