About Child Protection Specialist Centre (CPSC)

We are dedicated to providing quality home-based services and support to families and children experiencing abuse or severe neglect at home. Referrals are received from the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) Child Protection Services to assist families and children identified as needing non-statutory services and support. Guided by a child-centred, family-focused, and community-based approach, our aim is to empower families to reach their fullest potential and provide ongoing support through life’s changes and challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day function of the centre
  • Provide exceptional customer service through attending to phone calls, walk-ins and handling of general enquiries.
  • Promote compliance to ethical and responsible data use principles by ensure necessary data is collected, updated, and maintained in the systems
  • Ensure necessary data is collected, updated and well-maintained in the systems
  • Providing administrative and clerical activities for the centre
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for Programmes and Services
  • Execute the organisational workplace safety and emergency response exercises and procedures
  • Adhere to the organisation’s financial management and procurement processes
  • Maintaining strong relationships with partners, vendors and contractors
Requirements
  • ‘A’ Levels/ Diploma holder
  • At least 2 years of related administrative experience
  • Service-oriented
  • Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal abilities
  • Pleasant disposition and able to work with others
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications (Office 365) and IT systems
  • Possesses problem solving skills
