• Able to do full set of accounts and generate FS, Sales and Cash Flow reports
• Have experience in managing at least 2 staffs
• Manage and reconcile bank transactions
• Manage Debt collection and AR controller function
• Process Giro payments to suppliers and vendors
• File quarterly GST submission
• Handle tax and audit matters
• Handle yearly stock take supervision and backend preparation

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting processes and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Lead and mentor accounting staff (minimum 2 staff).
• Coordinate bank reconciliations and cash management.
• Oversee debt collection and accounts receivable control functions.
• Process payments to suppliers and vendors via Giro.
• Prepare and file quarterly GST submissions.
• Address tax and audit matters as required.
• Supervise annual stock takes and assist with backend preparation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy.
• Proficient in email, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
• Experience using NAVISION software (optional).
• Willing to work in the Changi/East area.
