A leading construction firm in Singapore seeks to hire an individual to assist the Project Manager in overseeing site installation works. The role includes supervising sub-contractors and attending meetings with consultants and architects. Applicants should have a degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least one year of relevant construction experience. Skills in communication, interpersonal relations, and stress management in fast-paced environments are essential.
To assist Project manager in overseeing site installation works, supervision of sub-contractorsand attending site meetings with consultant, owner and Architect.
To evaluate and select competent suppliers and supervise all works performed by workers at site to ensure that quality works are produced and meet client’s requirement.
To check and evaluating the progress claims against with work done in terms of quantities and quality.
Maintain all quality and safety records, and implementation of the Quality Plan and resolve problem with client during DLP period
To carried out other duties as assigned
Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
Able to work in a stressful & fast paced environment.
Degree / Diploma Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent with minimum 1 years’ relevant workingexperience in construction
Class 2 & 3 license
