Job summary

A leading aviation support company in Singapore is looking for an individual to manage equipment operations related to aircraft services. Responsibilities include assigning operators, liaising with maintenance teams, and attending to customer requests. Candidates should have a Higher Nitec or Diploma in Aviation or Aircraft Management, with at least 2 years of relevant experience, and should be proficient in SAP and Microsoft applications. Shift work is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in aviation industries.
• Ability to perform shift work.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign equipment operators for aircraft pushback/towing.
• Liaise with IGO/Maintrol/CEG for aircraft towing.
• Maintain communication with equipment operators to ensure punctual flight departures.

Skills

Proficient in SAP

Proficient in Microsoft Applications

Higher Nitec / Diploma in Aviation or Aircraft Management

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and assign equipmentoperators for aircraftpushback/towing, water/toilet servicingand supply of GSE equipment.
• Liaise with IGO/Maintrol/CEG for aircraft towingand other utilities servicing activities.
• Liaise with Equipment Maintenance team on equipmentrequirements/shortages.
• Maintain regularwalkie-talkie communication with the equipment operators to ensurepunctual departure of flights and any other changes in assignment for any services.
• Attend to customers’ requests/complaints (wherenecessary).
• Update the duty supervisor on any delay.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Higher Nitec / Diploma in Aviation or Aircraft Mgt with at least 2 years experience in the similar role in aviation industries.
• Candidates who are proficient in SAP and Microsoft Applications will have an advantage.
• Must be able to perform shift works
