Position Title: Asset Management, Business Partner
About the Opportunity
  • Adecco is partnering with a leading data centre organization to appoint a finance-led Asset / Portfolio Manager to join its team.
  • This is a strategically critical role, acting as a senior business partner with oversight of the financial and operational performance of assigned data centre assets across stabilized and selected development portfolios.
The Role
  • Own and govern asset‑level business cases and performance baselines, challenging assumptions, including revenue, cost, capex, occupancy, and pricing. Ensuring alignment with portfolio strategy.
  • Lead asset performance reviews, oversee P&L outcomes, and sponsor corrective actions for underperforming assets.
  • Drive portfolio optimisation and value creation initiatives, translating financial and technical insights into measurable performance improvement.
  • Act as a senior finance and commercial partner to business stakeholders (Operations, Sales, and Investment teams, etc.), influencing leasing, pricing, and capital decisions.
  • Recommend and support portfolio‑level decisions, including asset optimisation, reinvestment, divestment, or exit strategies.
  • Provide leadership in cross‑functional forums, aligning stakeholders around asset priorities and performance objectives.
  • Deliver clear, data‑driven insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic and investment decision‑making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline, with a recognised professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CA, or CAIA) strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years' progressive experience in asset management, portfolio management, infrastructure finance, or commercial finance within the data centre, real estate, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret data centre and real estate market trends and broader economic signals to drive asset‑level performance and value creation.
  • Highly self‑driven professional with strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship‑building capabilities.
