A leading company in Singapore is urgently seeking an Assembly & Admin Coordinator to assist in both production assembly and various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should possess at least a diploma or degree, have prior experience in assembly production, and demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Location: Pioneer, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00am 8:00pm
Salary:Basic start$1,200 + OT. Gross salary up to $1800 -$2400
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Assembly & Admin Coordinator to support both production and administrative operations. This role suits someone who is hands-on, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in assembly work within the production environment.
Handle daily administrative duties such as data entry, documentation, and record keeping.
Coordinate with various departments, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.
Prepare and update reports when required.
Support overall operational needs to meet deadlines.
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in both assembly and administrative tasks.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree qualification.
Prior experience in assembly production or a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Familiarity with administrative tasks (data entry, documentation, filing).
Experience in coordinating with departments, suppliers, or clients is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Meticulous, with strong attention to detail.
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
