Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Project Engineer to manage security systems projects. The role includes planning, client liaison, and budget monitoring. Candidates should have a diploma in a relevant field and preferably 2 years of experience. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or Communication Engineering (or related field).
• Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in security systems or project coordination.
• Basic knowledge of ELV, networking, and security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Alarm Systems) will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and manage projects involving the installation, testing, commissioning, and programming of security systems such as CCTV, Access Control, and Intrusion Detection Systems
• Coordinate project activities, including task delegation, resource allocation, and progress tracking to ensure timely completion
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to meet project milestones and quality standards
• Monitor project budgets and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and specifications
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project and safety requirements
• Support troubleshooting and system configuration as needed

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or Communication Engineering (or related field)
• Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in security systems or project coordination
• Basic knowledge of ELV, networking, and security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Alarm Systems) will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with project documentation practices
• Able to start work immediately
