Job description
  • Teach children and adults basic knowledge, principles, techniques in art (Painting, Sketching, Sculpting) and help students hone and nurture their creativity and skills
  • Create lesson plans, design new projects and displays
  • Monitor students’ progress
  • Facilitate and participate in marketing activities/events and putting up students’ exhibitions
  • Maintain good and professional relations with all parents and students
  • Manage Studio together with team
  • Class admin duties
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Fine Arts or Design from a reputed Institute.

• Candidates should possess a record of creative, artistic, intellectual or professional contributions to their respective field, including experience in the practice thereof

• Have a passion for art related activities like drawing, painting and clay art

• Love to engage and able to communicate effectively with children (from 3 to 12 years old) as well as adults

• Able to facilitate art activities to all ages, both in group and individual settings

• Has the ability to make Fine Art fun, current and creative

• Responsible, dedicated, patience and passionate about teaching children

• Must be cheerful, honest, positive, and with initiative

• Able to communicate effectively with students and peers

• Team player with strong interpersonal skills

• Able to work on weekday evenings and both weekends
